About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site management and safety, scheduling and organizing subcontractor activities, and coordinating inspections with the local Inspectors. This role will work closely with the A&E Team, client and project manager. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical and organizational skills, will be able to review shop drawings and submittals and have experience drafting RFIs.

  • Construction site management and construction safety skills

  • Organization skills to manage budgets and schedules

  • US Citizen

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience in government contracting and/or SCIF construction based on ICD-705 guidelines

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with clients

  • Willing to travel
