ICD 705 Training Instructor

SPG Inc. is seeking an experienced ICD 705 Training Instructor to deliver high-quality, instructor-led and/or virtual training focused on the planning, construction, and accreditation of secure facilities in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and TEMPEST requirements. This role is centered on the effective instruction, presentation, and facilitation of established coursework for audiences operating in government and secure-space environments. The instructor will be responsible for clearly communicating complex technical, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a manner that is engaging, practical, and tailored to the experience level of each audience.

Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and directing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, this position entails managing and coordinating the execution of construction activities on assigned projects with a keen focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The Superintendent will lead and supervise subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations. In addition to day-to-day supervision of on-site activities, the Superintendent will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, project managers, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction. This includes conducting regular site meetings, reviewing progress reports, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track and within budget. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction methods and techniques, and the ability to effectively manage resources and personnel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. While not required, it is preferred that candidates have experience in secure facility construction and knowledge of ICD 705 guidelines. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork is essential to success in this role.

Construction Project Manager

This position requires full-time, on-site responsibilities as a Construction Project Manager with a specialized focus on ICD 705, SCIF, and SAPF construction and accreditation. The Project Manager will assume responsibility for supervising construction site management and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, leveraging extensive experience in overseeing the construction and accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) in compliance with ICD 705 standards. Close collaboration with the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) team, clients, General Contractors (GC), and project sponsors is essential to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in logistical coordination and possess strong organizational capabilities, coupled with a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects within secure environments. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in reviewing shop drawings, managing submittals, and drafting Requests for Information (RFIs) tailored to meet the stringent requirements of ICD 705, SCIF, and SAPF construction.
